目的观察在传统治疗不稳定性心绞痛上加用黛力新的疗效。方法将85例不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组两组，其中对照组43例给予常规药物治疗；治疗组42例在常规药物治疗的基础上加用黛力新早、午各I片，共4w；两组在治疗前后分别评定心绞痛分级及动态心电图缺血总负荷时间。结果治疗组心绞痛分级及动态心电图缺血总负荷时间均明显改善(P<0.05)。结论在传统治疗上加用黛力新可明显改善不稳定性心绞痛症状。
목적관찰재전통치료불은정성심교통상가용대력신적료효。방법장85례불은정성심교통환자수궤분위치료조화대조조량조，기중대조조43례급여상규약물치료；치료조42례재상규약물치료적기출상가용대력신조、오각I편，공4w；량조재치료전후분별평정심교통분급급동태심전도결혈총부하시간。결과치료조심교통분급급동태심전도결혈총부하시간균명현개선(P<0.05)。결론재전통치료상가용대력신가명현개선불은정성심교통증상。
Objective To observe the traditional treatment of unstable angina with Deanxit curative ef ect. Methods 85 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into treatment group and control group two groups, in which 43 cases were treated conventional drug treatment; Treatment group (42 cases on the basis of routine therapy combined with Deanxit early, noon I piece of each, a total of 4 weeks; Two groups before and after treatment, respectively, to assess angina classification and dynamic ecg ischemia total load time. Results The treatment group angina classification and dynamic ecg ischemia total load time were significantly improved ( <0.05). Conclusion In the conventional treatment with her new can obviously improve the symptoms of unstable angina.
