肺炎支原体感染是学龄儿童及青年常见的一种感染，在非流行年间约占小儿肺炎病原的10%~20%，流行年间则高达30%以上[1]。除累及呼吸系统外，还可伴发多系统、多器官损害，其中偶有心血管病变。本文就肺炎支原体感染合并心肌损害5例进行分析，旨在探讨肺炎支原体感染合并心肌损害的早期诊治，减少漏诊。
