目的探讨超声诊断小儿胆总管囊肿的临床意义。方法通过对小儿胆总管囊肿的概述，分析超声诊断依据、诊断方法及鉴别诊断。结果超声检查作为一种无创性检查，能准确辨别先天性胆管囊肿的位置、大小及内部结构，为临床提供可靠的治疗依据。结论超声诊断相较于其他方法，在诊断小儿胆总管囊肿上具有其临床价值。
目的探討超聲診斷小兒膽總管囊腫的臨床意義。方法通過對小兒膽總管囊腫的概述，分析超聲診斷依據、診斷方法及鑒彆診斷。結果超聲檢查作為一種無創性檢查，能準確辨彆先天性膽管囊腫的位置、大小及內部結構，為臨床提供可靠的治療依據。結論超聲診斷相較于其他方法，在診斷小兒膽總管囊腫上具有其臨床價值。
목적탐토초성진단소인담총관낭종적림상의의。방법통과대소인담총관낭종적개술，분석초성진단의거、진단방법급감별진단。결과초성검사작위일충무창성검사，능준학변별선천성담관낭종적위치、대소급내부결구，위림상제공가고적치료의거。결론초성진단상교우기타방법，재진단소인담총관낭종상구유기림상개치。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of choledochal cyst.Methods In order to have a specific analysis of children’s choledochal cyst, we can take measures through an overview of children’s choloedochal cyst ,the analysis of ultrosound diagnosis and the dif erential diagnosis,an retrospective review of the typical case .Results Ultrasonography is considered as a kind of noninvasive check ,which can figure out the position,size and the inside instructure of the choledochal cyst.Conclusion Compared with other methods,ultrasonographic diagnosis have an advantage for the diagnosis of choledochal cyst in clinical.
