目的探讨纳米银涂层尿管用于老年膀胱造瘘的抗菌效果，总结其临床应用的护理要点。方法膀胱造瘘老年患者108例，随机分为纳米银抗菌尿管组、普通尿管组，造瘘前、后定期查小便白细胞、细菌培养，更换的尿管末端行细菌培养。结果造瘘前、造瘘后两组病例的尿白细胞阳性率、细菌培养阳性率、留置时间差异显著，普通尿管组明显高于纳米银涂层尿管组。结论纳米银涂层尿管具有一定抗菌作用，临床护理简便。
목적탐토납미은도층뇨관용우노년방광조루적항균효과，총결기림상응용적호리요점。방법방광조루노년환자108례，수궤분위납미은항균뇨관조、보통뇨관조，조루전、후정기사소편백세포、세균배양，경환적뇨관말단행세균배양。결과조루전、조루후량조병례적뇨백세포양성솔、세균배양양성솔、류치시간차이현저，보통뇨관조명현고우납미은도층뇨관조。결론납미은도층뇨관구유일정항균작용，림상호리간편。
Objective Explore the antibacterial ef ect of the nanometer silver coating for elderly cystostomy catheter.Summarize the clinical application of nursing points. Methods Select 108 cases of elderly patients with urinary bladder colostomy,randomly divided into nano Antibacterial urinary catheter group and the normal group. Regularly check urine leukocyte,bacterial culture and urinary catheter replacement ends bacterial culture before and after the colostomy.Results The positive rate of white blood cells in urine,bacterial culture positive rate,retention time dif erence was significant before and after the colostomy of both two groups.Ordinary urinary catheter group was significantly higher than the nano silver coating urinary catheter group.Conclusion Nanometer silver antimicrobial coating urinary catheter has a certain role in antibacterial ef ect with easy Clinical Care.
