目的对新疆乌鲁木齐市汉族和维吾尔族孕产妇乙型肝炎(HBV)和丙型肝炎(HCV)病毒的感染情况进行调查分析,及早预防和阻断,以降低婴儿宫内感染,提高孕产妇的健康水平。方法应用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测3552例汉族和维吾尔族孕产妇血清中的乙肝五项(HBsAg、抗HBs、HBeAg、抗HBe、抗HBc)和丙肝抗体(HCV-Ab)。结果3552名孕产妇中,HBV感染率7.35%,其中汉族感染率8.52%,维吾尔族感染率5.37%；HCV感染率为0.70%,其中汉族感染率为0.27%,维吾尔族感染率为1.44%。结论早期对孕产妇进行常规传染病检测,加强孕期保健,降低新生儿感染率,提高出生人口素质。
