目的了解驻马店地区HIV/HCV合并感染状况。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)双抗原夹心法进行检测。结果HIV/HCV合并感染年份2000年~2005年感染213例(75%)，其他年份(25%)。卖血感染198例(69%)，性传播51例(18%)，输血感染26例(9.1%)，母婴垂直感染8例(2.8%)。结论驻马店市HIV/HCV合并感染最近几年呈下降趋势，但HCV单独感染呈升趋势，这已经引起当地政府高度重视，正采取必要检测和防治措施。

Objective Understanding of HIV/HCV co-infection in zhumadian area.Methods Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) double antigen testing clamp method.Results HIV/HCV co-infection in 2000~2005 year infection in 213 cases (75%), other years (25%). Sel blood infection in 198 cases (69%), 51 cases (18%), sexual transmission of blood transfusion infection in 26 cases (9.1%), and from mother to child vertical infection in 8 cases (2.8%).Conclusion Zhumadian City HIV/HCV co-infection in recent years is on the decline, but infected with HCV alone showed a trend of rise, this has led to the local government at aches great importance to, is take the necessary testing and prevention measures.
