目的探讨摘除眼眶海绵状血管瘤的不同手术入路的手术效果。方法回顾性分析云南省第二人民医院131例经手术摘除的眼眶海绵状血管瘤患者的临床资料，对眼眶海绵状血管瘤患者的手术人路、手术技巧及手术效果进行总结。结果所有131例患者的眼眶海绵状血管瘤均行开眶手术治疗。外侧开眶术一共51例患者，其中完整摘除肿瘤49例，肿瘤大部摘除2例；术后视力改善62例，视力改善35例，视力稳定12例，视力减退4例。内外侧联合开眶术14例，其中完整摘除肿瘤49例，肿瘤大部摘除2例；术后视力改善8例，视力改善3例，视力稳定3例，视力减退3例。行经结膜入路前路开眶术一共37例患者其中完整摘除肿瘤37例；术后视力改善28例，视力稳定8例，视力减退1例。经皮肤入路前路开眶术一共24例患者，其中完整摘除肿瘤37例；术后视力改善21例，视力稳定2例，视力减退1例。内侧开眶术一共9例患者，其中完整摘除肿瘤9例；术后视力改善7例，视力稳定7例，视力减退1例。经颅入眶入路开眶术一共3例患者，其中完整摘除肿瘤2例，肿瘤大部摘除1例，术后视力改善0例，视力稳定2例，视力减退1例。经鼻内镜经筛窦内侧入路开眶术：一共5例患者，其中完整摘除肿瘤4例，肿瘤大部摘除1例，术后视力改善2例，视力稳定2例，视力减退1例。患者视力改善14例，视力稳定11例。行外侧开眶术37例，其中完整摘除肿瘤34例，肿瘤部分摘除3例；术后视力改善21例，视力稳定13例，视力丧失和减退3例。结论选择合适的手术入路可成功地摘除眼眶海绵状血管瘤，并降低手术并发症。

Objective To investigate the removal of dif erent surgical approaches of orbital cavernous hemangioma operation ef ect. Methods A retrospective analysis of 131 cases after surgical removal of the second people's hospital of yunnan province the clinical data of patients with orbital cavernous hemangioma, in patients with orbital cavernous hemangioma operation way, summarize surgical techniques and surgical effect. Conclusion To choose the appropriate surgical approach can be successful y removed orbital cavernous hemangioma, and reduce the operative complications.
