目的探讨手术去除外耳道乳头状瘤辅以电凝基底部创面的可行性及疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年7月~2013年01月我院经病理证实为外耳道乳头状瘤的37例患者临床资料及手术资料。患者均采用上述手术方式。结果因病变范围广,2例分2次手术,其余35例病例一次治愈。所有病例术后随访6个月~5年,无复发,无外耳道狭窄。结论手术去除外耳道乳头状瘤辅以电凝创面是治疗外耳道乳头状瘤的有效的方法。

Objective To evaluate the ef ectiveness of the surgical removal of the external auditory canal papil oma supplemented by electric coagulation wounds.Methods 37 pathological y diagnosed papil oma of external auditory canal were resected between July 2008 and January 2013.Al cases were treated with the same surgical approach.Results Because of extensive lesion,2 cases were treated with two suigical operations, other 35 cases were cured with one.Al patients were fol owed up from 6 months to 5 years without recurrence and stenosis of external auditory canal.Conclusion The approach of the surgical removal of the external auditory canal papil oma supplemented by electric coagulation wounds is ef ective.
