目的研究分析西药药房实施风险管理的必要性以及相关途径，为理论研究和管理提供依据。方法阐述药房出现风险的原因、药房中药品的存储环境、药品的发放规定以及药品风险管理的措施等等。结果为西药药房的风险管理制定相关规范，提出合理建议。结论西药药房实施风险管理能够有效减少差错率的发生，有效的管理规范能够使管理更加系统化。

Objective To study the necessity of Western medicine pharmacy analysis of the implementation of risk management and related approaches, provide the basis for the theoretical research and management. Methods The causes of drug pharmacy, pharmacy risk in storage environment, drug release and drug risk management measures etc. Results The formulation of related standard risk management as the western medicine pharmacy, put forward reasonable proposals. Conclusion Western medicine pharmacy practice risk management can ef ectively reduce the occurrence of error rate, standardized management can ef ectively make the management more systematic.
