目的探讨阴式子宫切除术的围手术期临床护理效果。方法回顾性分析2013年1月~2014年4月我院妇产科30例实行阴式子宫全切除术的护理方法。结果术后患者恢复良好，无合并症发生，均痊愈出院。结论阴式子宫切除术是创伤小、伤口疼痛轻的一种手术方式。应加强对患者的理解和护理，从而使患者在阴式子宫切除术护理中获得优质的服务，从而提高护理质量。
목적탐토음식자궁절제술적위수술기림상호리효과。방법회고성분석2013년1월~2014년4월아원부산과30례실행음식자궁전절제술적호리방법。결과술후환자회복량호，무합병증발생，균전유출원。결론음식자궁절제술시창상소、상구동통경적일충수술방식。응가강대환자적리해화호리，종이사환자재음식자궁절제술호리중획득우질적복무，종이제고호리질량。
Objective To investigate the vaginal hysterectomy peri operation period of clinical nursing ef ect. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2013 January to 2014 April in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology nursing methods of 30 cases with a vaginal hysterectomy. Results The postoperative patients recovered wel , no complications occurred, were cured and discharged. Conclusion Vaginal hysterectomy is a kind of operation mode of smal trauma, wound pain. Should strengthen the understanding and care of patients, so that patients in the vaginal hysterectomy for quality service of nursing, so as to improve the quality of nursing care.
