目的探讨程序护理在急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法随机选取在我科住院的86例急性胰腺炎患者分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用程序护理方法，对照组采用常规护理方法。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的疗效及对护理工作的满意度均优于对照组。结论程序护理应用于急性胰腺炎患者，提高了患者对护理工作的满意度，收到良好效果。
목적탐토정서호리재급성이선염환자중적응용효과。방법수궤선취재아과주원적86례급성이선염환자분위관찰조화대조조。관찰조채용정서호리방법，대조조채용상규호리방법。비교량조환자적호리효과。결과관찰조환자적료효급대호리공작적만의도균우우대조조。결론정서호리응용우급성이선염환자，제고료환자대호리공작적만의도，수도량호효과。
Objective To explore the application effect of programmed nursing care in the patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods In 86 cases of acute pancreatitis patients in our department were divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with the program of nursing, the control group received routine nursing method. Results Two groups were compared the nursing effect: clinical observation, patients and satisfaction with nursing work was bet er than the control group. Conclusion Nursing process used in acute pancreatitis patients, improve patient satisfaction with nursing work, received good results.
