目的探讨冠心泰治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法选择2012年1月~2013年1月在我院收治不稳定型心绞痛患者120例,随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例。对照组给予一般治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用冠心泰治疗。结果治疗组1例心梗发作经抢救后恢复。对照组4例心梗发作,2例抢救无效死亡。结论中药冠心泰联合西医药物治疗不稳定型心绞痛可以起到明显的增益作用。
목적탐토관심태치료불은정형심교통적료효。방법선택2012년1월~2013년1월재아원수치불은정형심교통환자120례,수궤분위치료조60례화대조조60례。대조조급여일반치료,치료조재대조조치료적기출상가용관심태치료。결과치료조1례심경발작경창구후회복。대조조4례심경발작,2례창구무효사망。결론중약관심태연합서의약물치료불은정형심교통가이기도명현적증익작용。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic ef ect of Guanxin Tai in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods Select 2012 January ~ 2013 January in our hospital in patients with unstable angina in 120 cases, were randomly divided into treatment group 60 cases and control group of 60 cases. The control group were given general treatment, the treatment group were treated with Guanxin Thai based on the control group treatment. Results The treatment group of 1 cases of heart at ack after the rescue recovery. A control group of 4 patients with myocardial infarction, 2 cases died. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine treating Guanxin Tai unstable angina pectoris can rise to gain ef ect.
