[目的]探讨大黄颗粒保留灌肠辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的临床疗效与相应的护理措施。[方法]将40例 SAP 病人随机分为观察组和对照组各20例，两组均按照SAP的常规处理原则进行治疗，观察组配合应用大黄颗粒保留灌肠，并给予相应的护理措施，观察两组病人腹痛缓解时间、腹胀缓解时间、腹部压痛消失时间、自主通便时间、C反应蛋白(CRP )恢复正常时间、住院时间、中转手术的比例。[结果]观察组病人腹痛缓解时间、腹胀缓解时间、腹部压痛消失时间、自主通便时间、CRP 恢复正常时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]大黄颗粒保留灌肠辅助治疗SAP有较好的疗效。
[목적]탐토대황과립보류관장보조치료중증급성이선염(SAP)적림상료효여상응적호리조시。[방법]장40례 SAP 병인수궤분위관찰조화대조조각20례，량조균안조SAP적상규처리원칙진행치료，관찰조배합응용대황과립보류관장，병급여상응적호리조시，관찰량조병인복통완해시간、복창완해시간、복부압통소실시간、자주통편시간、C반응단백(CRP )회복정상시간、주원시간、중전수술적비례。[결과]관찰조병인복통완해시간、복창완해시간、복부압통소실시간、자주통편시간、CRP 회복정상시간、주원시간균단우대조조(P<0.05)。[결론]대황과립보류관장보조치료SAP유교호적료효。
Obj ective:To probe into clinical curative effect of rhubarb parti-cle retention enema adj uvant treatment for severe acute pancreatitis patients and corresponding nursing measures.Methods:A total of 40 cases of SAP patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,20 cases in each.Patients in both groups were treated in accordance with the SAP conventional treatment principles,the patients in observation group re-ceived rhubarb particle retention enema,and appropriate care measures were given,then to observe the abdominal pain remission time,bloating relief time,abdominal tenderness disappeared time,self purge time,C reactive protein (CRP)recovery time,hospital stay,transit proportion of surgery in two groups of patients.Results:The abdominal pain remission time,bloa-ting relief time,abdominal tenderness disappeared time,self purge time,C reactive protein (CRP)recovery time,hospital stay of observation group was obviously shorter than that in control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rhubarb particles retention ene-ma auxiliary treatment of SAP has good curative effect,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
