目的：探讨鼻-牙槽骨塑形器在婴儿期单侧完全性唇腭裂术前矫治中的应用价值。方法采用鼻-牙槽骨塑形器（PNAM）对13例单侧完全性唇腭裂患儿进行术前矫治，比较PNAM治疗前后的变化。结果 PNAM术前矫形治疗后各测量指标与治疗前相比，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05)。结论 PNAM治疗对于婴儿单侧完全性唇腭裂术前矫治疗效显著。
목적：탐토비-아조골소형기재영인기단측완전성진악렬술전교치중적응용개치。방법채용비-아조골소형기（PNAM）대13례단측완전성진악렬환인진행술전교치，비교PNAM치료전후적변화。결과 PNAM술전교형치료후각측량지표여치료전상비，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05)。결론 PNAM치료대우영인단측완전성진악렬술전교치료효현저。
Objective: To explore the application value of presurgical nasoalveolar molding in unilateral complete cleft lip and palate preoperative correction. Methods: 13 cases with unilateral complete cleft lip and palate underwent early simultaneous lip-nose-alveolar repair following presurgical nasoalveolar molding (PNAM), the changes were observed before and after treatment. Results: After PNAM therapy, the measurement indexes differences were statistically significant as compared with that before treatment (p<0.05). Conclusions: Presurgical nasoalveolar molding showed significant effect on treating unilateral complete cleft lip and palate.
