目的：分析研究小儿外耳再造术并发症观察以及处理措施。方法选取2009年9月-2013年9月在我院接收的患有先天性小耳畸形患儿79例，对79例患儿采取扩张法自行软骨再造术，对其临床治疗效果以及并发症给予观察分析。结果临床手术以后出现血肿2例（2.53%）；感染4例（5.06%）；皮瓣血运障碍1例（1.27%）；耳支架外露3例（3.79%）；气胸1例（1.27%），以上相关并发症通过采取积极正确的处理方式，全部得到明显改善。结论小儿外耳再造术在手术之前要进行严密设计，在手术当中熟练操作可以使并发症明显减少，可以保证临床手术顺利进行。
목적：분석연구소인외이재조술병발증관찰이급처리조시。방법선취2009년9월-2013년9월재아원접수적환유선천성소이기형환인79례，대79례환인채취확장법자행연골재조술，대기림상치료효과이급병발증급여관찰분석。결과림상수술이후출현혈종2례（2.53%）；감염4례（5.06%）；피판혈운장애1례（1.27%）；이지가외로3례（3.79%）；기흉1례（1.27%），이상상관병발증통과채취적겁정학적처리방식，전부득도명현개선。결론소인외이재조술재수술지전요진행엄밀설계，재수술당중숙련조작가이사병발증명현감소，가이보증림상수술순리진행。
Objective Analysis and research of pediatric external ear reconstruction surgery complications observation and deal with measures. Methods Select the September 2009 to September 2013 in our hospital received children with congenital microtia of 79 cases,the 79 cases of children were taken to expand self cartilage reconstruction method,given to observe and analyze for their clinical outcomes and complications. Results a total of 2 cases of hematoma occurred (2.53%) after the clinical operation;infected a total of 4 cases (5.06%);skin flap blood circulation barriers a total of 1 case (1.27%);ear bracket exposed a total of 3 cases (3.79%);pneumothorax in 1 case (1.27%),more related complications by taking an positive method correctly,all has been obviously improved. Conclusion pediatric external ear reconstruction surgery should be closely designed before surgery,poficiency in the operation can significantly reduce complications,in order to ensure the clinical surgery smoothiy .
