目的：探讨坦洛辛缓释片对混合痔切除术后尿潴留的预防效果。方法将102例混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组，两组患者均接受硬膜外麻醉下混合痔外剥内扎术。观察组于术后30 min口服坦洛辛缓释片0.2 mg ，对照组术前、术后均未使用坦洛辛缓释片和其他预防尿潴留的药物，比较两组麻醉时间、术后第1次排尿时间、第1次排尿伴随症状和尿潴留发生情况。结果观察组第1次排尿时间短于对照组，第1次排尿伴随症状、尿潴留发生率低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论坦洛辛缓释片在缩短第1次排尿时间和减少第1次排尿伴随症状、尿潴留发生率有一定疗效。
목적：탐토탄락신완석편대혼합치절제술후뇨저류적예방효과。방법장102례혼합치환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，량조환자균접수경막외마취하혼합치외박내찰술。관찰조우술후30 min구복탄락신완석편0.2 mg ，대조조술전、술후균미사용탄락신완석편화기타예방뇨저류적약물，비교량조마취시간、술후제1차배뇨시간、제1차배뇨반수증상화뇨저류발생정황。결과관찰조제1차배뇨시간단우대조조，제1차배뇨반수증상、뇨저류발생솔저우대조조，차이균구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론탄락신완석편재축단제1차배뇨시간화감소제1차배뇨반수증상、뇨저류발생솔유일정료효。
Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative use of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release tablets for the prevention of urinary retention after surgical treatment of mixed hemorrhoid . Methods 102 mixed hemorrhoid cases were randomly divided into the observational group and the control group .Observational group were given 0.2 grams of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release tablets 1/2 hours after operation .The age ,gen-der ,anaesthetic time ,first urinate time ,symptoms follow first urinate time and urinary retention were compared both before and after operation . Results First urinate time ,symptoms follow first urinate time and urinary re-tention in the observational group were significantly lower than in control group (P<0.05) . Conclusion Preop-erative use of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release tablets can effective curtail first urinate time and decrease symptoms follow first urinate time and urinary retention after surgical treatment of mixed hemorrhoid .
