“绿色项目群”是在项目群层面上对绿色地产理念的延伸，通过 AHP-WRSR 方法对待选项目的绿色度进行综合评价，并从中选择合适的项目完成对其构建。“绿色项目群”有效地完成了绿色节能理念与项目群的有机结合，实现了经济效益和环境效益的统一。

“록색항목군”시재항목군층면상대록색지산이념적연신，통과 AHP-WRSR 방법대대선항목적록색도진행종합평개，병종중선택합괄적항목완성대기구건。“록색항목군”유효지완성료록색절능이념여항목군적유궤결합，실현료경제효익화배경효익적통일。
At present,real estate projects mostly take the form of programme,and the green energy-saving concept that only focu-ses on a single project’s green level cannot meet the development requirements of green real estate.The “green programme”,an extension of the green real estate concept,makes a comprehensive evaluation of a project’s green level with AHP-WRSR method, selects the ideal project and finalizes its construction.The “green programme”could effectively realize a dynamic integration of the green energy-saving aconcept and the programme to achieve a unity of economic and environmental benefits.
