高职院校是普通高等院校的重要组成部分，是培养和造就高素质技能型人才的摇篮。高职院校学生能否成为高素质技能型人才，很大程度上取决于能否将理论知识有效转化为个人技能。而实验、实训、实操是其中最为重要的环节，这个环节中实验指导人员发挥着重要作用，其素质状况直接关系到学生素质和技能培养。为此笔者所在团队对广东省部分高职院校实验指导人员现况进行问卷调查，发掘出共性问题进行探讨，并尝试设计一套高校实验指导人员评价与激励机制的量化标准。

Technical college is an important part of the institution of higher learning, and it is the cradle of high quality skilled talent. To a large extent, whether technical college students can become qualified and skilled talent depends on how the theoretical knowledge is transformed into effective personal skills. And experiment, training, practical operation are some of the most important aspects of this part and the experimental instructor plays an important role in this part. Experimental instructor quality directly decides the quality of students and student’s skills training. We conducted a survey to explore the common problems among experimental instructors of vocational colleges in Guangdong Province and try to design quantitative criteria of evaluation and incentive mechanism to guide the college experimental instructors.
