温拌沥青混合料能够降低施工温度,满足沥青混合料的路用性能要求。文章采用与热拌沥青混合料相同的级配及沥青用量,研究了APTL型温拌沥青混合料降温幅度和路用性能,按照等空隙率原则确定温拌沥青混合料的成型温度;通过车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、冻融劈裂试验和四点弯曲疲劳试验,对其高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性及抗疲劳性进行评价。结果表明:与热拌沥青混合料进行比较,APTL温拌沥青混合料的降温幅度可达30℃左右,能够显著提高高温稳定性和抗疲劳特性,使用APTL温拌剂对低温抗裂性和水稳定性没有显著影响。

Warm mix asphalt ( WMA ) can reduce the construction temperature and meet the performance requirements. The paper usesed the same gradation and asphalt content as hot mix asphalt to study the cooling effect and performance of APTL warm mix asphalt mixture,determined the shaping temperature by equal VV level,and evaluates the high-temperature stability,low-temperature cracking cracking resistance,water stability and fatigue resistance by means of wheel rutting test,bending test at low temperature,freeze-thaw splitting test,and four-point bending fatigue test. The results show that compared with hot mix asphalt( HMA),the APTL-WMA can reduce temperature about 30 ℃ and has remarkably promotion on high-temperature stability and fatigue resistance, meanwhile there is no influence on low-temperature resistance and water stability after using APTL warm mix additive.
