以广梧二期高速公路为例，详述公路建设工程水土保持的监测范围、内容、方法和结果，并对该工程项目区水土流失防治责任范围变化情况、弃土弃渣情况、水土流失动态变化情况、水土保持措施实施效果等进行监测分析。结果表明，高速公路工程水土流失主要发生在工程建设期，通过实施水土保持措施，可以有效降低工程建设造成的水土流失，减轻水土流失危害，改善公路沿线生态环境。

Taking the expressway construction project in Guangdong Province for example, the scope, content, method, and result of soil and water conservation monitoring for expressway construction and exploitation projects are detailedly introduced. Meanwhile, the extent changes of soil and water loss control area, the situation of discard soil and dregs, the dynamics changes of soil erosion, and the implementation effect of soil and water conservation measures were monitored and analyzed. The results show that soil erosion mainly occurs in the construction period of highway engineering. Through the implementation of soil and water conservation measures, soil erosion intensity and hazards caused by the construction can be effectively reduced.
