采用浸虫法和浸梢法开展苦皮藤素、唑虫酰胺、藜芦碱对茶丽纹象甲的室内药效试验。结果表明:采用浸虫法,3种供试药剂对茶丽纹象甲成虫的室内药效均较好,药后5 d的校正死亡率均达100%。采用浸梢法,15%唑虫酰胺1000倍液对茶丽纹象甲成虫的室内药效与对照药剂2.5%联苯菊酯乳油1500倍液的差异不显著,药后7 d的校正死亡率达90%以上;1%苦皮藤素乳油750倍液和0.5%藜芦碱可溶液剂500倍液对茶丽纹象甲的速效性稍差,但药后7 d的校正死亡率分别达79.55%和77.28%。唑虫酰胺和苦皮藤素对茶丽纹象甲均具有较好的室内药效。采用浸虫法和浸梢法2种测试方法,茶丽纹象甲成虫对药液的敏感度不同,二者差异极显著(F=174.52,P<0.01)。

In the present work, the methods of insect-tip and tip-tip were employed to study the insecticidal activity of tolfenpyrad, celangulin and veratrine against the adults of Myllocerinus aurolineatus Voss in laboratory experiment. The results showed that three pesticides all exhibited a good insecticidal effect on the adults of Myllocerinus aurolineatus and up to 100%after treatments for five days with the insect-tip method. It was no obvious difference between the 15% Tolfenpyrad EC with dilutions of 1000 times and 2.5% bifenthrin EC with dilutions of 1500 times with the tip-tip method which the corrected adult mortality of Myllocerinus aurolineatus Vos s as beyond 90%after treatments for seven days. The rapidly available were not good with 1%celangulin EC with dilutions of 750 times and 0.5% veratrine SL with dilutions of 500 times but the corrected adult mortality of Myllocerinus aurolineatus Vos s were79.55% and77.28% for seven days in treatment, respectively. Given all that, tolfenpyrad and celangulin exerted the higher laboratory efficacy against the adults of Myllocerinus aurolineatus Voss, which indicated the significant difference in drug sensitivity while using tip-tip and insect-tip.
