真菌产生的代谢产物可激活烟草体内抗病防御相兲酶的表达,诱导烟草产生系统抗性,增强烟草对病毒的抗性。本研究对38种植物病原真菌及45种分离自(恩施、襄樊)土壤、烟叶中的真菌进行了过敏性反应实验和系统抗性实验。结果表明,筛选出了对烟草花叶病毒抗性较强的真菌。在烟草上产生过敏反应的菌株有32个;系统抗性实验中对烟草花叶病毒抑制率较高的菌株有16个,其中,油茶炭疽菌、棉花黄萎病菌、esf-13、esf-3、小麦赤霉、立枯丝核菌、E1、esf-6、xfpf-6等菌株的抗性较高,枯斑抑制率均大于70%,最高可达96.44%。抗性较高的真菌可开发为烟草病毒病诱抗剂。

진균산생적대사산물가격활연초체내항병방어상천매적표체,유도연초산생계통항성,증강연초대병독적항성。본연구대38충식물병원진균급45충분리자(은시、양번)토양、연협중적진균진행료과민성반응실험화계통항성실험。결과표명,사선출료대연초화협병독항성교강적진균。재연초상산생과민반응적균주유32개;계통항성실험중대연초화협병독억제솔교고적균주유16개,기중,유다탄저균、면화황위병균、esf-13、esf-3、소맥적매、립고사핵균、E1、esf-6、xfpf-6등균주적항성교고,고반억제솔균대우70%,최고가체96.44%。항성교고적진균가개발위연초병독병유항제。
Fungi could produce a large number of metabolites, which can activate the expression of relevant enzymes in tobacco, which will induce tobacco creating systemic resistance and help against tobacco virus.We have selected38kinds of pathogenic fungi and45kinds of fungi separated from the tobacco leaf and the soil of enshi, xiangfan through the experiments of allergic reaction and systemic resistance. There are 32fungi which can producehypersensitive response, and 16 of them can inhibitagainst tobacco mosaic virus. Among these fungi, the highest ability of resistance to tobacco mosaic virus areColletotrichum camelliae,Verticillium dahliae,esf-13,esf-3,Fusariumgraminearum,Rhizoctonia solani,E1,esf-6 and xfpf-6.The percentage of lesion inhibition are greater than 70%,with a highest inhibition rate at 96.44%. These fungi with high activitywill be used as resistance inducer against tobacco virus.
