为研究云南腾冲火山灰土烟叶质量特征及原因,通过田间试验比较了水稻土、黄壤、红壤和火山灰土的土壤理化性状及其烟叶的化学成分特征。结果表明,火山灰土容重最低,物理性状优良,养分性状与其他土壤差异不显著。火山灰土烟叶总糖为30.14%,显著低于黄壤和水稻土。钾含量和烟叶化学成分可用性指数分别为2.55%和0.71,显著高于黄壤和水稻土。叶黄素、β-胡萝卜素和芸香苷含量分别为130.40μg/g、133.40μg/g和11.75 mg/g,均显著高于其他土壤。质体色素降解产物总体含量与其他土壤差异不显著。非挥发性有机酸总量为70.03 mg/g,显著高于黄壤和红壤,其中苹果酸含量为45.10 mg/g,显著高于其他土壤。土壤物理性状优良可能是火山灰土烟叶独具特色的重要原因。

To explore quality characteristics of flue-cured tobacco, field experiments were conducted to study the characteristics of the chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco infoursoils(paddy soil, yellow soil, red soil, and volcanicashsoil). The results showed that the physical properties of volcanic ash soils were fine, and itsbulk density was 0.73 g/cm3,which was the lowestamong the four soils.The content of total sugar was 30.14%influe-cured tobaccoplanted involcanic ash soil, which was significantly lower than those in the yellow soil and paddy soil. The content of potassium and the availabilityindexof chemical composition were 2.55%and 0.71,respectively,whichweresignificantlyhigher than those in yellow soil andpaddysoil. The content of lutein, beta-carotene and rutin were 130.40 μg/g, 133.40μg/g and 11.75 mg/g respectively, which were the highest among the four soils.The contentof pigmentdegradation products was 31.42 mg/g, andthere wasnot significant differenceobserved amongfour soils; The content of total volatile organic acids was 70.03 mg/g,which was significantly higher thanthose inyellow soil and red soil. Malic acid was 45.10 mg/g,whichwas the highest among the foursoils. The physical characteristics of volcanic ash soilsseems to beimportant factorsfor highquality tobacco with characteristicsin volcanic ash soil.
