针对城市配电网发展对保护控制方面的要求以及现有继电保护系统存在的不足,将广域控制保护技术推广至配电领域。首先介绍了配电网广域控制保护系统的系统构成和性能特点,结合智能变电站技术,建立了广域控制保护的协调机制。最后以深圳前海20 kV 配网为例对该广域控制保护方案进行了仿真验证,同时对推广配网广域保护控制技术的可行性进行了分析。

In this paper, based on the control and protection requirements for urban distribution network, after analysis of the existing protection system deficiencies, wide area control and protection technique is applied to urban distribution network, thus improving the reliability of power supply. Based on the smart substation technique, the system architecture and performance characteristics of wide area control and protection system for distribution network is introduced first, and then coordination mechanism between wide area con-trol and protection is established. Finally, Shenzhen Qianhai 20kV distribution network is taken as an example to evaluate the perform-ance of wide area control and protection system via simulation. The generalization capability of wide area control and protection for different distribution networks is also analyzed.
