为了使混合型卷烟由原来的物理混合向化学混合转变,利用9个烤烟品种(系)及一个白肋烟品种(TN90),按NCⅡ交配设计配制25个杂交组合。对烟草中性致香物质的配合力进行了分析。结果表明,烟草中性致香物质的遗传特性主要受基因非加性效应控制。通过中性致香物质在各亲本材料中一般配合力(GCA)效应的综合表现,Va116、红花大金元是较为理想的亲本;综合中性致香物质在各组合间的特殊配合力(SCA)表现,较理想的组合有NC82×红花大金元、NC2326×TN90、Va116×GDH88和G140×TN90。

To make blended cigarettesto transferfrom original physical mixturetochemical mixture,by usingNC II design, 25 crosses were acquired from 9 tobacco varieties (lines) and a burley tobacco variety TN90, and in which theneutral aroma of tobacco combining ability were analyzed.
