This paper analyzes the situation of the power grid enterprise information system. The unified power grid information model is introduced to effectively achieve information integration and data sharing between management information system and production control system. In order to unify the transmission model, the distribution model and the customer model, a detailed design of the uni-fied power grid information model is presented. The CSG’s management procedure of unified power grid information model is intro-duced, and a model management system based on the meta object facility technology is designed and discussed further.
