以冬瓜山铜矿矿石为研究对象,运用精确化装补球技术,根据所选矿石的力学性质以及磨机的相关参数,精确的计算出初装球的球径和球比,最终确定了φ60:φ40:φ30=30:25:45的磨机初装球比方案,并与其它3种方案进行综合比较。研究结果表明,推荐方案磨矿产品细度显著提高,过粗及过粉碎级别降低,中间易选级别明显提高,改善了磨矿产品的粒度组成。
以鼕瓜山銅礦礦石為研究對象,運用精確化裝補毬技術,根據所選礦石的力學性質以及磨機的相關參數,精確的計算齣初裝毬的毬徑和毬比,最終確定瞭φ60:φ40:φ30=30:25:45的磨機初裝毬比方案,併與其它3種方案進行綜閤比較。研究結果錶明,推薦方案磨礦產品細度顯著提高,過粗及過粉碎級彆降低,中間易選級彆明顯提高,改善瞭磨礦產品的粒度組成。

Based on the Dongguashan copper ore , this paper used the accurate loading and addition of milling balls technology and the related parameters ball mill as the basis , we can compute the in-itial installation ball diameter and proportion of the ball accurately and eventually determine theφ70:φ50:φ40:φ30=20:30:20:30 , and and compare with other three scheme .The result shows that the fineness of the recommended scheme improve significantly , the fraction of over coarse and over grinding reduced , the easy selection grade increased apparently , and improved the particle-size composition of grinding product .
