目的：探讨PDCA循环在预防和控制重症颅脑外伤气管切开术后下呼吸道感染的应用效果。方法运用PDCA循环对60例重症颅脑外伤气管切开后（观察组）的患者进行预防下呼吸道感染的质量管理，并与常规护理（对照组）的87例重症颅脑外伤气管切开术后患者下呼吸道感染发生率进行比较。结果观察组重症颅脑外伤气管切开后下呼吸道感染发生率16．7％显著低于对照组的35．6％（χ2＝6．35，P＜0．05）。结论PD-CA循环质量管理可有效降低重症颅脑外伤气管切开术后下呼吸道感染发生率。
목적：탐토PDCA순배재예방화공제중증로뇌외상기관절개술후하호흡도감염적응용효과。방법운용PDCA순배대60례중증로뇌외상기관절개후（관찰조）적환자진행예방하호흡도감염적질량관리，병여상규호리（대조조）적87례중증로뇌외상기관절개술후환자하호흡도감염발생솔진행비교。결과관찰조중증로뇌외상기관절개후하호흡도감염발생솔16．7％현저저우대조조적35．6％（χ2＝6．35，P＜0．05）。결론PD-CA순배질량관리가유효강저중증로뇌외상기관절개술후하호흡도감염발생솔。
Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle in the prevention and control of the lower re-spiratory tract infection after tracheotomy in severe craniocerebral trauma .Methods The PDCA cycle in nursing quality management was applied in 60 cases of severe craniocerebral trauma after tracheotomy patients ( obser-vation group ) for the prevention of lower respiratory infection , and the 87 cases of severe craniocerebral injury after tracheotomy with conventional nursing were used as control group .The incidence of lower respiratory infec-tion was compared between the two groups .Results The incidence of lower respiratory tract infection after trach-eotomy in severe craniocerebral trauma of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group ( chi-square =6 .35 , P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion PDCA cycle quality management can effectively reduce the incidence of lower respiratory tract infection after tracheotomy in severe craniocerebral trauma .
