采用微波加热法在堇青石蜂窝陶瓷基体表面涂覆多孔 Al2 O3涂层,研究了制备条件对堇青石蜂窝陶瓷表面 Al2 O3涂层中 Al2 O3的质量分数的影响。通过BET、SEM对涂层结构及形貌进行了表征,结果表明,采用微波加热法制备的 Al2 O3涂层均匀、稳定,具有较大的比表面积、孔容和较高的 Al2 O3质量分数。
採用微波加熱法在堇青石蜂窩陶瓷基體錶麵塗覆多孔 Al2 O3塗層,研究瞭製備條件對堇青石蜂窩陶瓷錶麵 Al2 O3塗層中 Al2 O3的質量分數的影響。通過BET、SEM對塗層結構及形貌進行瞭錶徵,結果錶明,採用微波加熱法製備的 Al2 O3塗層均勻、穩定,具有較大的比錶麵積、孔容和較高的 Al2 O3質量分數。

The porous alumina washcoat coating on cordierite honeycomb was prepared by microwave heating method.The effects of different preparation parameters on the loading,crystal composition,and pore structure of the alumina coating were studied,and then the alumina washcoat prepared was characterized by BET and SEM tests.The results indicate that the alumina washcoat prepared by microwave heating method is stable and uniform with higher Al2 O3 weight ratio,larger surface area and pore volume.
