高校学生评教存在两大问题,一是得不到部分教师的认可,二是评教结果存在一定的误差。为了解决这两个问题,高校需要改变教师对评教的错误观念,提高学生对评教的认识,还要教师和学生共同参与到学生评教体系的制定中去,同时也要正确处理评教结果。
高校學生評教存在兩大問題,一是得不到部分教師的認可,二是評教結果存在一定的誤差。為瞭解決這兩箇問題,高校需要改變教師對評教的錯誤觀唸,提高學生對評教的認識,還要教師和學生共同參與到學生評教體繫的製定中去,同時也要正確處理評教結果。
고교학생평교존재량대문제,일시득불도부분교사적인가,이시평교결과존재일정적오차。위료해결저량개문제,고교수요개변교사대평교적착오관념,제고학생대평교적인식,환요교사화학생공동삼여도학생평교체계적제정중거,동시야요정학처리평교결과。
There are two major problems for student ratings of teaching effectiveness,which is some teachers don’t ap-prove of its result,and some errors in the result. To solve these problems,this article puts forward that the teachers should change their attitudes on student ratings,the students should improve their understanding of ratings,and both the teachers and students should be involved in setting the system.
