目的：研究肾细胞癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶-12（ MMP-12） mRNA的表达水平与正常肾组织的差异，以及其与肿瘤侵袭和转移的相关关系。方法收取50例肾细胞癌以及16例正常组织标本，使用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测组织标本中MMP-12的表达水平，统计学分析其与肾细胞癌恶性生物学行为的相关关系。结果①肾细胞癌组织中MMP-12的表达显著高于正常组织（P＜0．001）；②肾细胞癌组织中MMP-12的表达水平与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴转移和远处转移以显著相关（ P＜0．001）。结论 MMP-12在肾细胞癌中有望作为肿瘤早期诊断以及侵袭转移的标志物。
목적：연구신세포암조직중기질금속단백매-12（ MMP-12） mRNA적표체수평여정상신조직적차이，이급기여종류침습화전이적상관관계。방법수취50례신세포암이급16례정상조직표본，사용실시형광정량PCR방법검측조직표본중MMP-12적표체수평，통계학분석기여신세포암악성생물학행위적상관관계。결과①신세포암조직중MMP-12적표체현저고우정상조직（P＜0．001）；②신세포암조직중MMP-12적표체수평여종류침윤심도、림파전이화원처전이이현저상관（ P＜0．001）。결론 MMP-12재신세포암중유망작위종류조기진단이급침습전이적표지물。
Objective To investigate the expression of MMP-12 in renal cell carcinoma and its association with tumor invasion and metastasis .Methods Clinical samples from 50 cases of patients with renal cell carcinoma and 16 nor-mal samples were collected .MMP-12 expression was investigated by real-time PCR.Appropriate statistical analysis was utilized to evaluate the association of MMP-12 expression with tumor invasion and metastasis .Results ① The ex-pression of MMP-12 in renal cell carcinoma was significantly increased compared with that in normal samples ( P<0 .001 ) .②The expression of MMP-12 in renal cell carcinoma was significantly associated with tumor invasion ,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis (P<0.001).Conclusion The expression of MMP-12 in renal cell carcino-ma may serve as a marker of tumor early diagnosis ,invasion and metastasis .
