在犯罪实施过程中，理性思维参与了犯罪成本评估、犯罪机会选择和犯罪过程策划。其实，犯罪过程中表现出的犯罪人的理性思维，属于表面现象，从本质上讲，任何犯罪行为都是受非理性思维支配的。从犯罪预防的目的出发，我们要加强法制宣传教育，形成“守法光荣、违法丢人、犯罪可耻”的良好的社会舆论氛围，促使“不能犯罪”的理性思维在社会产生和巩固；要改进立法和司法，增加犯罪成本，促使“不敢犯罪”的理性思维在社会产生和巩固；要在基础设施保障、先进科技手段运用、人力资源运用等方面加强工作力度，促使“没有机会犯罪”的理性思维的形成和巩固。

In the process of the committing of the crime ,rational thought would be involved in the cost estimation ,the choice and process planning of the crime .In fact ,the rational thought presented in the process of the crime belongs to surface phenomenon .Essentially ,any criminal behavior is part of irrational thinking .To reach the purpose of crime prevention ,we must strengthen the propaganda and education of legal system ,so that a good atmosphere of public opinion may come true .In this kind of society ,the law-abiding is glorious ,the illegal behavior will be a shame and crime must be shameful .Based on the above situation ,the rational thought of “No crime” would be produced and consolidated in the society .To make the rational thought of “Dare not commit a crime”be produced and consolidated in the society , related departments should improve legislation and judicature , increase the cost of crime .To make the rational thought of “No chance of crime”be produced in the society ,we should strengthen the efforts in the aspects of infrastructure security ,using of advanced technology ,the use of human resources and so on .
