中小型文化创意企业已成为当前高职文化创意产业相关专业毕业生就业的主要渠道。为使高职院校人才培养能更好地与企业需求对接,文章从中小型文化创意企业人才的需求与高职院校文化创意产业人才培养的现状为切入点,对高职文化创意产业人才培养模式进行了探讨。
中小型文化創意企業已成為噹前高職文化創意產業相關專業畢業生就業的主要渠道。為使高職院校人纔培養能更好地與企業需求對接,文章從中小型文化創意企業人纔的需求與高職院校文化創意產業人纔培養的現狀為切入點,對高職文化創意產業人纔培養模式進行瞭探討。

Small or medium sized cultural innovation businesses are now the main employment market for voca-tional college students of related majors .This paper analyzes the demands of medium or small sized cultural in-novation businesses as well as the present condition of education of students studying related majors ,and ex-plores their education modes which will better meet the demand of the industry .
