A kind of system of on-line measuring the working surface of grinding wheel, which combines the technol-ogy of differential pressure and the error separation technique is introduced in this paper. And then, the main er-ror factors of affecting measurement accuracy, such as the quality of grinding fluid, the number of samples, nonlin-ear error, are analyzed. Besides, the measures to reduce the error for improving the measurement accuracy of the sys-tem are given in this paper.
