目的：探讨血清网膜素-1与妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）的关系。方法在本院分娩的产妇200例中正常产妇100例（对照组），GDM产妇100例（GDM组）。应用酶联免疫吸附（ELISA）法检测两组母体外周血和脐带血血清网膜素-1的水平。结果 GDM组母体外周血和脐带血网膜素-1水平[（8.3±3.8）μg/L、（13.6±6.1）μg/L]均低于对照组[（23.8±11.1）μg/L、（25.5±7.5）μg/L]，GDM组母体外周血网膜素-1水平低于脐带血，差异有统计学意义。结论 GDM母体外周血血清网膜素-1水平显著降低，增加血清中网膜素-1水平有望成为防治GDM的新途径。
목적：탐토혈청망막소-1여임신기당뇨병（GDM）적관계。방법재본원분면적산부200례중정상산부100례（대조조），GDM산부100례（GDM조）。응용매련면역흡부（ELISA）법검측량조모체외주혈화제대혈혈청망막소-1적수평。결과 GDM조모체외주혈화제대혈망막소-1수평[（8.3±3.8）μg/L、（13.6±6.1）μg/L]균저우대조조[（23.8±11.1）μg/L、（25.5±7.5）μg/L]，GDM조모체외주혈망막소-1수평저우제대혈，차이유통계학의의。결론 GDM모체외주혈혈청망막소-1수평현저강저，증가혈청중망막소-1수평유망성위방치GDM적신도경。
Objective Toexploretherelationshipofgestationaldiabetesandserumretinalomentin-1.Methods Two hundred cases delivered in our hospital during June 201 1 to October 2012 were selected,with one hundred being normal women (NGT group),and one hundred being women with gestational diabetes (GDM group).Retinal omentin-1 in venous blood and cord blood of both groups were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The level of retinal omentin-1 in both venous blood [(8.3 ±3.8)μg/L],and cord blood [(13.6 ±6.1)μg/L]of GDMgroup was significantly lower than that of NGT group [(23.8 ±1 1.1 )μg/L and (25.5 ±7.5 )μg/L, respectively ]. Conclusion The level of retinal omentin-1 was significantly lower in GDM cases than in healthy women.
