目的:观察人纤溶酶原K5联合化学及放射治疗对小鼠S180实体瘤的抑制作用。方法将小鼠随机分为7组,阴性对照组、化疗组/放疗组、艾迪组+化疗组/甘氨双唑钠+放疗组、化疗/放疗+ K5大剂量组、化疗/放疗+ K5中剂量组、化疗/放疗+K5小剂量组及K5中剂量组,连续给药10 d ,观测肿瘤的大小,计算抑瘤率。结果 K5联合化学治疗可以明显增强其抑制肿瘤生长的效果,并有一定的剂量依赖性,而K5联合放射治疗可以增强其抑制肿瘤生长的效果。结论 K5可能为一种新型的治疗肿瘤的药物,但是K5与化学及放射联合治疗的具体机制尚待进一步研究。

목적:관찰인섬용매원K5연합화학급방사치료대소서S180실체류적억제작용。방법장소서수궤분위7조,음성대조조、화료조/방료조、애적조+화료조/감안쌍서납+방료조、화료/방료+ K5대제량조、화료/방료+ K5중제량조、화료/방료+K5소제량조급K5중제량조,련속급약10 d ,관측종류적대소,계산억류솔。결과 K5연합화학치료가이명현증강기억제종류생장적효과,병유일정적제량의뢰성,이K5연합방사치료가이증강기억제종류생장적효과。결론 K5가능위일충신형적치료종류적약물,단시K5여화학급방사연합치료적구체궤제상대진일보연구。
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effects of human plasminogen kringle 5(K5) combined chemotherapy and radio-therapy on S180 solid tumor in mice .Methods The mice with S180 solid tumor were randomly divided into seven groups ,control group ,chemotherapy group/radiotherapy group , Aidi injection + chemotherapy group/ glycididazole sodium + radiotherapy group ,chemotherapy /radiotherapy + K5 high-dose group ,chemotherapy /radiotherapy + K5 medium-dose group ,chemothera-py /radiotherapy + K5 small-dose group and K5 medium-dose group .The size of tumor and the rate of tumor-inhibition after in-jecting 10 days ,were used to evaluate the inhibitory effects .Results K5 combined chemotherapy could significantly increase the inhibition of tumor grow th in a dose-dependent manner ,and K5 combined radiotherapy also could moderately increase the inhibi-tion of tumor growth .Conclusion These results suggest that K5 may be a new drug of tumor therapy ,but inhibitory mechanism of K5 combined chemotherapy and radiotherapy needs to be studied further .
