The solid waste incineration technique is obviously advantageous over landfill , but pollution comes from the solid waste incineration plant .The paper makes analysis on several factors affecting the de-gree of pollution that nearby residents suffer ,utilizes the analytic hierarchy process to sequence the pollu-tion degrees ,and suggests the corresponding compensation scheme .
