高职学生志愿服务活动是高职学生服务社会和展示自身形象的重要窗口，在推动社会主义精神文明建设等方面也能起到积极的作用。但是，高职学生的志愿服务也面临着学生专业化程度不高等多方面的问题。通过对这些问题进行分析，提出相应的对策。

Higher vocational college students volunteer service activities of higher vocational college students to serve the society and the important window to show their own image,but also play a positive role in promoting the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.However,higher vocational college students volunteer service is also facing the students professional degree is not high,many problems.The paper will analyze these problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
