产学研结合是当前社会背景下高职院校办学的主要特色，也是高职院校培养实用型、技能型人才的主要出路，以国家示范性(骨干)高职院校---江苏农牧科技职业学院为例，阐述高职院校在当前产学研结合机制创新、人才培养模式创新、课程教学体系改革、产学研基地建设等方面进行的探索与实践，为高职院校产学研结合培养人才提供参考。
產學研結閤是噹前社會揹景下高職院校辦學的主要特色，也是高職院校培養實用型、技能型人纔的主要齣路，以國傢示範性(骨榦)高職院校---江囌農牧科技職業學院為例，闡述高職院校在噹前產學研結閤機製創新、人纔培養模式創新、課程教學體繫改革、產學研基地建設等方麵進行的探索與實踐，為高職院校產學研結閤培養人纔提供參攷。
산학연결합시당전사회배경하고직원교판학적주요특색，야시고직원교배양실용형、기능형인재적주요출로，이국가시범성(골간)고직원교---강소농목과기직업학원위례，천술고직원교재당전산학연결합궤제창신、인재배양모식창신、과정교학체계개혁、산학연기지건설등방면진행적탐색여실천，위고직원교산학연결합배양인재제공삼고。
Nowadays,university-industry cooperation integration is the main feature of running school of higher vocational college.It is also an effective channel for the effective education of technical and skillful talents.The paper expounds the innovation of university-industry cooperation mechanism,cultivable mode of the talent,course teaching system and the base construction of Production-study-Research,taking Jiang-su Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational College as an example,which is national demonstration college.It also provide reference for talent training mode of university-industry cooperation.
