伴随着城市化进程的快速推进，大城市的数量不断增加，尤其是特大人口迅速膨胀，产生了“城市病”，治理“城市病”已刻不容缓。“城市病”是区域结构失衡、小城镇与大中小城市之间资源配置结构不合理、城乡二元结构影响的结果。控制特大城市人口规模的根本出路在于通过社会建设发展小城镇，统筹城乡一体化改革；同时避免可能出现的3种问题，推动我国城镇化健康发展。
伴隨著城市化進程的快速推進，大城市的數量不斷增加，尤其是特大人口迅速膨脹，產生瞭“城市病”，治理“城市病”已刻不容緩。“城市病”是區域結構失衡、小城鎮與大中小城市之間資源配置結構不閤理、城鄉二元結構影響的結果。控製特大城市人口規模的根本齣路在于通過社會建設髮展小城鎮，統籌城鄉一體化改革；同時避免可能齣現的3種問題，推動我國城鎮化健康髮展。
반수착성시화진정적쾌속추진，대성시적수량불단증가，우기시특대인구신속팽창，산생료“성시병”，치리“성시병”이각불용완。“성시병”시구역결구실형、소성진여대중소성시지간자원배치결구불합리、성향이원결구영향적결과。공제특대성시인구규모적근본출로재우통과사회건설발전소성진，통주성향일체화개혁；동시피면가능출현적3충문제，추동아국성진화건강발전。
Megacities with large populations are increasing with the rapid advancing of urbanization, and the urban diseases have broken out. Dealing with urban diseases is a task which brooks no delay. The urban diseases result from the imbalance of area structure, incardination of town and megacities,middle and small cities. So the fundamental way out for strictly controlling the size of population in megacities is to develop towns by society-building, and to integrate urban and rural by reform. Meanwhile promoting urbanization healthily must avoid three kinds of possible inclinations.
