2013年,断路器、组合电器、隔离开关等高压开关设备保持了稳定的装用增长,设备无油化率达到98.8%,组合化率达到36.6%。同时,在运行中高压开关设备暴露出了很多问题,例如:漏气、漏油、机构打压频繁、发热等缺陷频发,部件损坏、内部绝缘击穿等故障多次发生,并对电网运行带来风险。为进一步提高开关设备运行可靠性,开展了三类开关设备的缺陷、故障等运行事件研究,对问题设备电压等级、投运时间、制造厂家、问题类型等进行横、纵向对比分析,提出高压开关设备运行的共性问题及处理建议。

In 2013, the loading amount of HV switchgears such as circuit breaker, composite apparatus and disconnector is keeped increasing steadily. The non-oil rate reaches 98.8%, and the composite rate reaches 36.6%. At the same time, there are many defects exposed in operation for HV switchgears, such as air leakage, oil spilling, frequent pressurizing of operating mechanism, over-heating, etc. And many faults happen repeatedly, including components damage, internal insulation breakdown, etc. All of them bring risks to grid operation. Researches on defects and faults of three kinds of switchgears were conducted in order to further improve the switchgears’ operation reliability. Horizontal and vertical comparative analysis on voltage level, operating time, manufacturers, and defect type of the faulty devices was made as well. Based on the studies mentioned above, common operating problems and advices of the HV switchgears were provided.
