介绍智能变电站过程层二次回路通信过程中面临的问题。对二次回路中的交换机、装置、链路等通信单元进行抽象、建模,并构建通信网络的拓扑结构。通过系统配置描述文件(system configuration description,SCD)静态分析出过程层信息的收发关系,并结合拓扑结构搜寻出信息的传输路径。最后结合接收装置的断链告警信息,综合诊断推导出通信单元的故障概率。该方法简单、可靠、有效,将有助于快速定位通信故障点,保障二次回路的可靠运行。

In this paper, communication difficulties of the secondary circuit of process level in smart substation are analyzed, modeling for communication components (e.g.: ethernet switch, intelligent electronic devices (IEDs), communication links) are provided, and the topological structure of the communication network is introduced. Static transmitting/receiving relations of process level data are concluded by analyzing system configuration description (SCD) files, and the data transmission path is provided by analyzing the topological structure. Finally, the fault probability of the communication component can be gotten by the disconnection alarm messages of the IEDs. The method is reliable and convenient, and the faulty component can be located quickly. Therefore, safe operation of secondary circuit is ensured.
