Ormoc-Naga直流系统是菲律宾境内唯一一个高压直流输电工程。随着运行时间的增长,Ormoc-Naga直流工程控制保护系统软、硬件故障逐渐暴露出来,严重影响了其运行和维护;因此,需要对其控制保护系统进行整体改造。该文介绍该工程的改造范围和特点,详细介绍工程改进点:新系统按完全冗余配置设计;优化紧急功率控制策略;增加在线功率反转功能,优化投切最后一组交流滤波器逻辑。最后,通过全面系统的RTDS仿真试验验证整套系统的功能和性能。

Ormoc-Naga HVDC transmission system is the only HVDC project in Philippines. With the growth of operation time, the trouble in the HVDC control and protection system becomes more and more serious, and this causes the system outage becoming more frequently. It is necessary to update the control and protection system of Ormoc-Naga HVDC transmission system. The refurbish range and the characteristics of the project were introduced. The paper also detailed introduced the improvements of the project:completely redundant design;optimizing the strategy of emergency power control;increasing online power reversal function, optimizing switching logic of the last AC filter. Finally, the function and performance of the entire system were verified by RTDS simulation test system.
