为提高微电网运行的安全稳定及经济性,近年来全钒液流储能系统备受关注,它具有容量大、能量效率高、反应速度快等优点,能够作为微电网中的主电源,起到稳定电压频率及维持微电网的有功、无功功率平衡的作用。提出一种交流微电网全钒液流储能系统控制策略,分析全钒液流电池双向DC/AC变流器主电路及控制方法。利用RTDS仿真平台,建立全钒液流储能电池模型,并搭建含有风、光、储的微电网仿真平台。仿真与实验结果表明,提出的微电网控制策略可保证微电网在各种运行模式下均能安全稳定运行。

In order to improve the security, stability and the economic operation of micro-grid, the all-vanadium redox flow energy storage system in recent years attracts much attention. It has many advantages, such as large capacity, high energy efficiency and fast response, etc. It can be used as the main power in micro-grid, playing the role of stabilizing voltage and frequency, and maintaining the balance of active and reactive power. This paper presents a control strategy for a micro-grid AC all-vanadium redox flow energy storage system, and analyzes the main circuit and the control method for the bidirectional DC/AC converter of all-vanadium redox flow battery. A model of all-vanadium redox flow battery for energy storage is established through using the RTDS platform. And based on this platform, a simulation platform of wind/PV/storage hybrid micro-grid is built. The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed control strategy is able to realize stable and reliable operation of micro-grid under all operation modes.
