高中生心理情感危机已经成为高级中学高度重视的问题，在对高中生进行教育的过程中，只有把握准高中生出现心理情感问题的原因，并采取有效的措施来应对他们的心理危机，帮助他们渡过情感危机的难关，才能让高中生将所有的精力都投入到学习中去。高中教育要实现对学生的心理教育，让学生提高自我调节的能力，尽量减少和防止情感危机的发生。高中生心理情感危机出现的原因有很多，有外部因素，也有内部因素，其受到思想因素的干预，同时也受到心理因素的干预。通过分析高中生心理情感危机，探讨解决高中生心理情感问题的措施，促进高中生健康发展。

Has become the senior middle schools attach great importance to the issue of psychological crisis of high school students,in the process of high school students in education,we should grasp the quasi cause emotional problems psychology of high school students,and to take effective measures to cope with their psychological crisis,to help them through the emotional crisis,can let the high school students will all the energy input to the study. High school education to achieve psychological education to the students,let the students to improve the ability of self regulating,to reduce and prevent the occurrence of emotional crisis. Mental emotional crisis in senior high school students have a lot of reasons,the external factors,there are internal factors,the ideological factors,but also from the psychological intervention. In this paper,through the analysis of senior high school students’ men tale motional crisis,to solve the problems of high school students emotional psychological measures,promote the healthy development of senior high school students.
