课堂是实现育人目标的场所。有什么样的育人目标，就会有什么样的课堂。育人目标同时也决定着课堂文化的建设和课堂形态与结构的变化。课堂形态与结构是课堂文化的外在表现形式，当它有了固定的格式后就形成了模式。模式本身并没有优劣，只有适合与否，关键在于如何去运用。在育人目标与课堂文化支撑下的课堂需要模式，但绝不存在模式化。育人目标、课堂文化、教学模式三位一体，才会形成真正意义课堂。
