当前高职校企合作基本处于初低级阶段,作为合作一方的企业受益不够、动力不足,校企无法深度融合。协同创新以协同方式将校企双方优质要素进行组合,以促进创新,实现校企双方的互利共赢,为高职院校校企合作的深化与发展提供了更广阔的舞台。实现校企协同创新需要与区域经济社会发展协同,创新服务地方经济社会发展的能力;产、学、研相互协同,创新科研服务能力;校企合作体制机制改革协同,创新一体化机制。

The current vocational school enterprise cooperation in the initial low level,as one partner enterprise benefit is not enough. Lack of power and not depth fusion. Because of enterprise synergy innovation and regional economic and social development cooperation,the innovation ability of serving local economic importent and social development; production,learning and research,coordination,service innovation and scientific research ability; cooperative reform school enterprise cooperation mechanism, integration mechanism innovation.
