In the knowledge economy,the importance of knowledge has become more and more serious,people pay more and more attention to education,education also got rapid development. In order to adapt to the development of the times and meet the social demand for talents,the reform of education teaching is imminent. At present,the new curriculum reform is carried out like a raging fire. There is no doubt that it has brought the huge impact on our traditional education teaching. On the premise of new curriculum reform, how to efficient high-quality PE, for secondary vocational physical education teaching, is a daunting challenge.
