进入青春期，一些女生不愿活动，不主动参加体育比赛。尤其是高中的女生，存在各种各样的问题，给中学体育课教育带来了一定的难度，如何很好地提高女生对体育课的兴趣，是解决这一问题的关键所在，就这一现象通过问卷调查、师生谈心、对比分析得出这一问题的原因，既有学生本身的因素，又有教师的因素，学校和教育管理部门也存在一定问题，解决这一问题需要教师、学校管理者和全社会共同努力，尤其是一线教师，更要不断研究、探索，使这一问题得到解决。

With the development of puberty,some girls don’t like activities,do not take the initiative to participate in sports competitions. Especially high school girls,there are various problems,to bring a certain degree of difficulty of physical education in middle schools,how to better improve the students interest in physical education,which is the key to solve this problem,the author of this article on this phenomenon through the questionnaire survey,the teachers and students to talk about the heart,to analysis the reason of this problem,both factors of students themselves,but also the teacher factor,school and educational administrative departments also exist certain problems,solve the problem needs teachers,school administrators and the joint efforts of the whole society,especially teachers should constantly study,this problem is well solved.
