当前的教学工作中，很多教师为了追求流露在外的高分数、高成效，往往对学生采取强硬的教学方式。将严厉教学作为提高成绩的唯一手段，殊不知此种行为往往会造成学生的抵触情绪。对于教育的理解，除了追求分数外，也要与学生多沟通，让学生明白学习的意义，愉快地学习，才是最好的成效。语文是一门塑造思想的课，而沟通最简单有效的方法就是微笑，因此，在语文课堂上，必须常常充满笑意地去传道授业。师生其乐融融，学生乐在其中，主动学习，分数也就提高了。

The current work of teaching,many teachers in the pursuit of the high scores and high effect,often take a strong teaching method on students. The strict teaching as the only means to improve the results,but this behavior often leads to students’emotional conflict. The understanding of education,that in addition to the pursuit of scores,also want to communicate with the students,let the students understand the meaning of learning,happy learning,this is the best effect. Chinese is a shaping thought course,but the most simple and effective method of communication is the smile,therefore,in the language classroom,often full of laughter to teach. Teachers and students happy,happiness within,active learning,fraction can be increased.
